If you are not satisfied with your order (products) for any reason, you may contact us and return it within 24 hours of receipt for a full refund. You must contact us through sales@allpro-landscaping.com with your order number in order to obtain a return authorization for the merchandise.  You will be refunded for the total value of the purchase, less shipping cost and any payment collection fees that we may have incurred in such as credit card fees.
 
In case that you receive a damaged or incorrect merchandise we will send you the replacement merchandise at no additional shipping cost to you.  If you prefer, you will be refunded the total value of your purchase, including the shipping fees paid by you.
 
All merchandise must be returned in new and unused condition, in the original boxes and with all paperwork, parts and accessories."New and unused" means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the item; the tags, or the case. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used.

On sale items will not be covered under our return policy unless they are received damaged or the sent items are not the correct ones.
